All volunteers MUST complete their background check via Skyward and attend/ complete Rockwall ISD volunteer training before the date of the volunteer opportunity:

We Need you!

You must complete this process prior to being approved. We appreciate you and we can't wait to have you help out! If you are interested in volunteering this school year you must complete the following steps:

1. Complete a Background Check on Skyward or can turn in paper copy to Trisha Ault in office or email trisha.ault@rockwallisd.org. 
2. Complete this Volunteer Request Form
3. Complete the Online Volunteer Training (Emailed by Student Services after submission of Volunteer Request Form)
4. Bring a copy of your Volunteer Certificate to the Office or email trisha.ault@rockwallisd.org. 

 In addition to the schools requirements above - if will please fill out our VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM and we will be in touch! We can't wait to have volunteers on campus for our 2024-2025 school year!

***A background check completed through Rockwall ISD. The best way to do this is ONLINE via Skyward!

To find the form:

1. Click on "Online Forms" in the menu on the left side of your screen.
2. Click the "24-25 Volunteer Form" under your Hamm Elementary student's name. (If you have students on multiple RISD campuses you will need to complete a form for each campus you want to volunteer on. If you have multiple students at Hamm, you only need to submit the form one time for our campus.)
3. Complete the information and hit submit!

If for some reason you can not complete on Skyward, you may download the background check form here. Once complete, please return to the front office at Hamm.
